APEX VNT Limited has completed its first investment in the Ukrainian market, acquiring 10% of local IT-outsourcing company EpsySoft for UAH 2.3 million. British LP’s assessed Ukrainian company to UAH 23.4 million. APEX hopes to increase investments and exit with big profit. This is Fund’s first move into the CIS, a region that we consider to be one of the most promising in the world. Ukrainian specialists from EpsySoft will complement their current work by strengthening the advisory team at APEX, assisting in the evaluation and analysis of applications submitted for consideration as potential investment targets. |
